At NeoCon: Method Lounge Collection

Thanks to the diverse and dynamic products at NeoCon, office furniture has never looked so inviting. In fact, I want to give up my comfy home office (which screams bedroom) and join the cutthroat corporate office, just to park my derrière on any one of the swanky new chairs exhibited there.

The Method Lounge Collection by DAVIS FURNITURE also invokes the same aspirations in me and I bet would even please the most discerning of design critics. DAVIS FURNITURE, whose products were on display at NeoCon, straddles divergent design trends to make the daily routine more tolerable; hence, their collection is developed in full coherence with contemporary, yet artistic aesthetics. But there is method to the design madness (pardon the pun) of the Method Collection, and this is credited to designer Wolfgang C.R. Mezger. Mezger lays emphasis on versatility by sticking to a design route that doesn't align with what one might perceive as "conventional."

At NeoCon: Method Lounge Collection

The strength of the collection lays in its ability to create configurations or groupings. Two to four seat pallets can be joined with corner tables to create configurations and one can also make connection of seats or benches on pallets. Those who are fans of "more" rather than "less" can also add functional elements like tables, arm partitions, tablets, boxed tables and even paper racks.

The Method modular lounge collection is ideal for corporate, health care, educational, and hospitality environments. The collection is avant-garde, yet doesn't scream for attention, which is important in a serious environment. The polished aluminum legs reflect elegance and the optional one sided or full wrapped benches further add an element of functionality.

The Method Lounge Collection, thanks to its cutting-edge and appealing design, can become synonymous with ones work regime. The collection has the potential to become an instant classic and like many other products featured on 3rings, blurs the line between design and sustainability.
