Rhombii by Bretford
Since it was previewed at NeoCon, Rhombii has caused quite a stir: the reconfigurable training table adapts to the needs of any space. Available for shipment starting February 1, 2009, Rhombii will surely work no matter the size of your space, the nature of your work, or the number of your employees. Not only do the Rhombii tables nest for easy storage, but also they link together to create work spaces of any configuration. With flip tops that accommodate differing working angles and modesty panels to tuck cords away, Rhombii seems to have thought of everything-the modesty panels also allow for users to sit at both sides of the table without obstruction. But wait, there’s more. Bretford Manufacturing, Inc. also thought through modern power needs: an optional soft wire solution allows for up to eight Rhombii tables to be daisy-chained together and receive power from a standard wall outlet. And you can stabilize the joined Rhombii tables with ganging clips. When your meeting is over, simply disconnect the tables and wheel them away; the 2.5 inch casters make changes simple.

Rhombii offers a myriad of sizes and finishes, allowing it to fit in with any decor. The tabletops come in three configurations: veneer with a 3mm hardwood edge, or laminate with either a 2mm polypropylene or knife edge. The tables come in solid, patterned, and wood laminates of seemingly infinite variety, including Pond Green, Griege Matrix, and Empire Mahogany. Base colors also offer variability: raven, cardinal, concrete-the list goes on and on. You can even choose trim colors.
Made from cast lightweight aluminum and finished in durable powder paint, the Rhombii tables will outlast the very people who use them. Additionally, the components are recyclable and manufactured using recycled materials-earning you up to two LEED points. For those of you who have forgotten, a rhombus is a parallelogram with four equal sides. Its namesake, the Rhombii, takes the rhombus to a new level by making it a component of diverse configurations. Mathematics has never been so shapely.
