The live-work-play paradigm has changed dramatically over the last decade. Perhaps the greatest evolution has been the blurring of just that: how we live, work and play. Hospitality was the first industry to embrace and address this shift in the user experience. In by doing so, it impacted other building types and public spaces to adapt to new service- and amenity-driven programming. In order for stay competitive yet profitable, what are the current hospitality trends shaping and challenging the commercial, educational, residential and institutional markets.
