Salone 2024: Studio Kohler
Studio Kohler is exhibiting its four brands at Salone del Mobile: Kohler, Kallista, Klafs, and Kast. While the company has must-see displays throughout Milan (including the TERMINAL 02 architectural installation by Samuel Ross), the company worked with Yabu Pushelberg to create a sinuous oasis for its exhibition booth.
The Kohler Studio booth takes visitors on a aquatic journey envisioned by Pushelberg. Like water moving downstream or whirling in eddies, the path allows people to flow from one display island to another and pool in circular rooms.

The curves within the booth are visible through a mesh that filters light. Whether inside or outside, people can see the meandering forms, reminiscent of sand ripples.

The Studio Kohler exhibit has a lot to display, including smart toilets, color reintroductions (hello, green), honed black fittings, 3D-printed sinks, concrete sinks, and a host of water-friendly technologies to improve wellbeing.

With its golden facade, fluid route, and mesmerizing lighting, Pushelberg has indeed evoked the healing possibilities of water.
