High Design: Altitude by Allsteel
A desk that doesn’t fit can make anyone feel low; Allsteel‘s new Altitude table aims to lift spirits, and productivity, with adjustable-height work surfaces and bases to suit today’s ever-shifting contract interiors.
Adjustable-height worksurfaces and bases are pending Government Services Administration approval
Adjustable-height worksurfaces are available in laminate with a T-mold or flat edge and veneer with matching square edge. Height-adjustable base units are available in three styles: Electric 3-Stage, Electric 2-Stage, or Hand Crank models. Electric models travel at a rate of 2″ per second, with motor devices with a continuous cycle time of two minutes, and an 18-minute rest time. The crossbar-free design ensures knee clearance for a range of users.
