1. One of the hottest reviews this week was Nic Roex’s clever recycled bench mashup of garden spades and bicycle wheels. He’s rather good looking too.

2. Second in our weekly digest of the cooler innovations in seating that have popped up on the 3rings radar is the Highway Q/R gargantuan splotch lounge seater by Bartoli Design for Segis. Caution: Wet Paint!

3. Design heavyweight Hannes Wettstein has done it again, this time for Dietiker Switerland with the Lamina chair, an ultra-sexy molded plywood swivel seat for the worker bee who refuses to compromise neither style nor comfort at the office.

4. And last but not least is Knoll’s Generation Chair, a color-punchy aerated task chair guaranteed to earn you style street cred and bound to earn you authority in any office setting.
