Biscuit Parquet by Patricia Urquiola for Listone GiordanoOctober 24, 2017
The rounded and elongated shapes of Biscuit Parquet can be combined to create intricate and fascinating compositions to “give life to modern and original herringbone, diagonal or full-length geometries.”
It’s a perfect collaboration, actually, because Urquiola’s vision is in keeping with the spirit of the luxury wood floor brand Listone Giordano, which created groundbreaking flooring in 1984 when Professor Guglielmo Giordano incorporated special multilayer birch support “with transversal incisions and micrometric joints.”
In different finishes with or without subtle color accents, Biscuit Parquet is refined or whimsical, simple or complex—all while simultaneously celebrating the beauty of curves and lines.
