“Inspired by the iconic visuals of a gemstone,” the exterior of Diamond is composed of triangular faceted cuts, evoking the distinctive form of the cherished gem.

The texture is of course palpable and the look distinctive—the sink is defined by the profusion of diamond-like forms, abutting and intersecting to create a distinctively dimensional surface.

The Diamond Sink also offers the possibility of an unusually arresting install—the sink may be set a tilt, effectively balancing on one of the facets and thus “giving a visual lightness to an historically heavy material.”
