Kids are People too?
As we inch closer to Valentine’s day, parents might be asking themselves, “is it incumbent upon us to include our children in this semi-pseudo holiday?”

The timely preview of Paola Lenti’s Kids Collection—with it’s preponderance of reds and pinks—seems to argue in the affirmative. This whimsical, versatile, and so-very-very-soft assortment recognizes that children appreciate thoughtful design.

Featuring new designs by Francesco Rota, Victor Carrasco, and Design CRS, Paola Lenti Kids is “friendly, simple, and playful… a fun and fantastic language which lightly brings the world of adults closer to that of children through design.”

We’ll plead Switzerland on the question of whether children deserve to be given Valentines, but we’re all-in on offering them furniture they can live (and play) with.

Speaking of living with, the Paola Lenti Kids Collection also has a future-forward mindset. Eco-friendly and healthy attributes include use of recyclable, recycled, and biodegradable materials; processes that are free from harmful substances; kid-safe finishes; and eco-friendly raw materials.

The collection officially debuts at Milan Design Week 2025. We’ll be front and center, but until then, go here for our coverage from 2024.
