Sneezing Is So Midcentury! Tissue Box Covers by Kirkland Museum
Kirkland Museum’s Midcentury Tissue Box Covers are nothing to sneeze at!
Five Palm Springs-inspired homes double as groovy tissue box covers. Every generation has its own way to dress tissue boxes (anyone remember crochet doll-skirt covers?)—but these are good enough to display!

Models include Wedge House, with a slanted roof and angled windows (and aloe plants).

Butterfly House comes with breeze blocks, a red front door, and a brick chimney—the tissue puffs out like smoke.

Folded Plate Roof is all about the groovy zigzag silhouette, perfect for Barbie lovers.

Swiss Miss combines an A-frame with a flat roof, along with double doors and rock walls.

And Ranch Club Estates invites people in with a chartreuse front door.
The Midcentury Tissue Box Covers are hand-assembled in California using printed PVC board. Available at the Museum Store of Denver’s Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art.
