Dancer H30 is a table lamp by LEEDARSON mimicking the lightly flowing lines of a chiffon wrap ballet skirt around a dancer’s waist. Dancer H30 received special mention in Excellent Product Design Lighting from the 2024 German Design Award awarded by the German Design Council.

The light of this lamp casts down to form a quiet field, just like the moment a dancer might have before the opening of a slow and graceful adagio on stage. This portable lamp in a Norse river blue color is controlled by simply touching the top lid to turn it off and on, including the user in a physical interaction, much like how watching a ballet includes the dancer and the audience.

The German Design Awards 2024 were presented to the public on January 26, 2024 in a special exhibition at the Kap Europa in Frankfurt.

Awardees included design and architectural products among categories that included sunglasses, stoneware, outdoor glam chairs, bicycles, annual reports, RVs, and more.
