Manufacturer Wallsauce joins the chorus of voices celebrating Pantone’s Colors of the Year—further evidence of the widespread hope for a sunny horizon.
Nature themes abound here, with optimistic expressions of spring and autumn as flora and fauna interact in a timeless display of renewal and regeneration.
Rachel Kenny, Head of the Design Studio at Wallsauce, notes that the yellow/gray combination reflects a marriage of sunny and sedate, cheerful and familiar: “After the troubles of 2020, we were delighted to see that Pantone had chosen such a positive color combined with a reassuring partner.”
While the color palette may be similar, the five designs display tremendous stylistic and aesthetic diversity. From a mesmerizing autumnal forest-scape to a pair of jaunty cockatoos, these wallpapers “embrace the Pantone colors with uplifting artwork that 2021 needs.”
