Ratio for Dada
Ratio is the kitchen everyone fell in love with at EuroCucina 2018. Designed by Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, Ratio for Dada is a modular kitchen defined by metal grids.
Linear metal forms the basic architecture of Ratio, which includes wall units, columns, hoods, and accessories. Beautiful and unique compositions can be achieved by combining “full volumes, empty volumes and tops of different thicknesses,” explains Dada.
Balance and form are crucial to the Ratio design vocabulary, but it all starts with the grid of “slender and minimal techno-structural elements.” Different layers create vertical and horizontal axes: the upright structural layer and the flat surface layer. For more information on Ratio, visit Dada.
