Glow Chair by Kim Markel
Ice pops, gummy bears, and candy are just a few of the ways people have come to describe designer Kim Markel's Glow Chair.
Sustainably sourced using reclaimed plastics from soda bottles, lunch trays, and eyeglasses, Markel creates each chair by hand in her studio located in New York's Hudson Valley.
Each piece is bonded with urethane resin before receiving an acrylic clear coat. Glow Chairs are available in a rainbow of colors, including aqua, yellow, watermelon, peach, and light jade.
