have created a collection of simple, minimalist designs for Italian bathroom brand Ex.t.
Norm Architects' new products for Ex.t include a bathtub, washbasin, a bathroom cabinet and a pendant lamp.
Due to be launched at this week's Salone del Mobile, the minimalist pieces are inspired by Scandinavian design tradition and influenced by the atmosphere of northern landscapes.
The 'Stand' washbasin and bathtub reinterpret the Modernist style of the 1920s and 30s for the present day, removing any superfluous decoration and reducing the design to its bare essentials.
'Felt' is a modular wall unit which can be used to hang small accessories such as towels, bags and scarves. Consisting of a grid-like structure made of painted metal, Felt can be customized with shelves, square or round mirrors and/or storage modules with or without doors.
For the 'Hat' lamp, Norm Architects took their inspiration from old molds that used to model hats. These molds, like wooden sculptures, have now become highly sought- after objects for many collectors. For Norm architects' founders, Kasper and Jonas, they were the source of inspiration for a wooden pendant lamp.
