has collaborated with British Designer Magnus Long to produce an exclusive furniture collection that is new for Fall 2014. Magnus Long for The Conran Shop includes dining, coffee, console, and dining tables, as well as dining and lounge chairs, and shelving and storage. Designer Magnus Long used a mix of materials, focusing on marble, oiled and stained oak, leather, and burnished bronze.

The Conran Shop Introduces Two New Exclusive Furniture Collections for Fall

All pieces in the Magnus Long Collection are produced in Italy, where attention to craftsmanship is key. This collection marks the first time The Conran Shop has invited a designer to create an exclusive line of furniture. The results are varied and unique. Stix Dining Table features interlocking black stained European oak legs with a Marquina marble top. The Neat Dining Chair complements Stix with its curved powder-coated metal frame.

Wivvy Shelving, which is inspired by the bamboo structures of Southeast Asia, is a playful puzzle of angled sticks that gives the shelving a sense of movement. A great place to showcase books, Wivvy Shelving is also the perfect perch for collections of all kinds.

The Conran Shop is also launching a self-titled collection, The Conran Shop Furniture, comprised of six furniture ranges, including The Lavenham Collection with its curved back and easy elegance. All new collections can be viewed in store and online.
