Impronta by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas for Catalano
Italian bathroomware manufacturer Catalano's newest ceramic ware range Impronta was designed by Rome-based architects Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas.
Characterized by organic lines contained in a solid geometric form, the Impronta washbasin’s undulating surface resembles sand that has been shaped by waves.
The washbasin features an integrated towel rail and is installable on a cabinet with drawers or on a wall-hung cabinet.
Impronta’s surface is made up of folds and curves through which the water flows and pours out. As well as a washbasin, the collection also includes a shower tray, which features the same organic design. Most recently Impronta won a gold award for product innovation at this year's Design Kitchen and Bathroom awards in the UK.
