p.w. travelogue Collection of Artistic Tile by Peggy Wong for Clé
From her auspicious beginning as a deputy art director for Martha Stewart, designer and photographer Peggy Wong went on to launch her own studio in 2009: "traversing typography and art direction with fluency, art directing photo shoots, and designing in areas of branding, packaging, print and web." Wong's latest tour de force is a collection of beautiful black and white photos lithographed onto thassos marble.

The photographs are dramatic representations of urbanity. There are seven in all-four featuring iconic cityscapes (New York, San Francisco, Bilbao, and Los Angeles) and three symbolically capturing crucial moments in everyday urban life (Journey, Intersection, and Push/Pull).
Manufacturer Cl© is offering the 12×12 or 18×18 tiles as a limited edition collection (100 works per run), along with coordinating white thassos marble field tile. The Urban series tile collection is extremely versatile-it can be installed on walls or floors, either indoors and outdoors.
