British lighting manufacturer Original BTC is improving upon its classic task lighting collection by making the entire range available in crisp navy blue.

The new navy options recently debuted at Maison et Objet

The task range is hand-assembled in Oxford from high-quality aluminum, chrome, and bone china. Lamps are designed for versatility, with shades that can be raised, lowered, and swiveled to provide a focused area of light or a more diffused lighting effect. The collection includes two styles of desk and floor lights, a floor lamp, and overreach and pendant models. In addition to navy, the line nis available in polished aluminum, red, olive green, putty, white, or black aluminum.

The company has other surprises in store this fall, including a makeover of the London table light, the first light to be designed by Charles Bowles, son of Original BTC founder Peter Bowles. Previously made only in chrome, the lamp is now available with a copper arm and base.
