Four New Fabrics From Wolf-Gordon Evoke the Landscape of the City
Though “Rush Hour,” “Highrise,” “Wander,” and “Boutique” may sound like a mercifully short synopsis of a “Sex in the City” episode, the quartet of terms in fact refers to new fabrics by Wolf-Gordon. The textile manufacturer recently announced the September release of these four fabulous flavors of new upholstery.
Wolf-Gordon Adds to the Appeal of the Vaunted Metropolitan Line with Four New Innovative and Environmentally Conscious Upholstery Fabrics
The four fabrics each offer a unique take on an urban theme. Rush Hour will have you seeing solid red (also available in 15 additional colorways); Highrise evokes the verticality of the cityscape while interpreting the motif in a pattern reminiscent of plaid; Wander is a dizzying and dazzling abstraction of the geography of Medieval Europe; and Boutique is a millennial take on classic reptile skin.
The four new fabrics demonstrate Wolf-Gordon’s continuing dedication to sustainability: they’re 100% recyclable, Cradle to Cradle Certified, and finished with GreenShield technology. Their Bella-Dura construction features solution-dying and silver ion technology for exceptional durability in demanding healthcare and hospitality environments.
