Culinarian Series By Capital Cooking

In my previous apartment, we had a stove from the 1940s that was in its original form and a fabulous conversation piece. Now, I live in a new, modern apartment with a new stove that gets the job done, but is missing the character required to make cooking an energetic experience. Like many of us, I love finding products that make it on the vision board (or Pinterest board), and will someday be a reality.  My latest pin-up? The Capital Cooking Culinarian series, a product designed for the true home chef (and the designer in all of us!).

Perfect For Cooking, Even Better Looking!

After gushing over the Culinarian, I also found that Capital Cooking products are known for power and performance.  The Culinarian series offers not only a superior open burner system but also other inspiring features that result in perfect cooking results and are easy to use. Let’s start with the burners, which all have the same 23,000 BTUs of power and low temperature capabilities. This is key as most cooktops have varied burners, forcing the cook to move pots around to the right size burner. The open burner system is perfect for heat distribution. In addition, the reduced distance between the top rack and broiler in the oven (3 inches as opposed to the typical 6 inches) allows for better, more efficient broil.  Finally, a unique fan behind the control panel keeps knobs and doors cool to the touch, an important feature for the home cook (and children passing by).

Timeless in stainless and also available in 10 standard colors.

Of course, what really caught my eye? The 10 fabulous standard color finishes: black, cobalt blue, signal blue, flame red, wine red, ruby red, white, oyster white, pale green, and yellow. Even more fabulous? The Culinarian ranges and wall ovens are available in custom colors. Although stainless is timeless, these saturated colors make the cooking environment as unique as the home chef’s latest dinner creation.
