The Briva In-Sink Dishwasher by KitchenAid

The KitchenAid stainless steel Briva in-sink dishwasher is the solution those of us diehard urban and/or apartment dwellers have been waiting for. Although its not necessarily brand new to the market (first appearing in 2004), this convenient unit deserves all the praise it can get. Delivering the flexibility of washing small loads as you need them, this makes the Briva a seriously eco-conscious answer to saving water and time.

The Stainless Steel Briva Uses Energy-Efficiency To Make This In-Sink Dishwasher by KitchenAid Truly Irresistible For Small Spaces

The Briva dishwasher comes in two versions: 36″ or 42″. It includes an extra-large silverware basket and has the space to hold up to five place settings, including plates of up to 11″. A quick, 2-minute rinse cycle and the capacity to overflow by holding large service pieces or pots and pans makes it unique for a small unit, requiring no extra space for a separate unit. Additionally, the Briva has a cool, final rinse cycle – called SaniRinse™ – that raises the water temperature to an intense 160 degrees F and delivers maximum cleaning and sanitizing results.

We love the fact that the Briva requires up to 50% less water than full-sized dishwashers and completes a cycle in as little as 18 minutes. After the wash is complete, the Briva In-Sink Dishwasher by KitchenAid uses its FlashDry technology. This means the lid automatically pops open at the end of the cycle. This feature allows steam to escape (obviously) but also makes it a seamless and easy drying process without using excess energy.

It’s about time we all benefit from the ease of dishwashing use instead of rolling up our sleeves three times each day. Embrace the integration of dishwasher-meets-sink with the super energy-efficient Briva In-Sink Dishwasher by KitchenAid.
