I remember a project that I had in Design Theory where we had to create a space using a piece of wax as the inspiration. I thought my wax slice resembled rock candy so I designed an adult candy bar. The molded polycarbonate is UV protected, providing shield from exposure to direct-sunlight making if the perfect indoor/outdoor seating option for hospitality.

And what I find to be most appealing for designers or the design snob on the quest for modern comfort and style but with no time in their busy schedules to transform themselves into Builder Bob, Gumdrop is assembly free.  I can appreciate the simpler things in life.

Under Zuo Modern’s product listing this chair is categorized within their dining collections, but in a personal opinion, the Gumdrop is not only the cool kid at the lunch table but the cool kid in the home office, or the cool kid in the conference room…well you get my point.
