US-based laminate flooring manufacturers Lamin-Art, have created a series of eco-friendly laminate designs that incorporate organic fibres and natural materials. The Naturals collection is made up of three designs called Abstracts, Burlap and Abacá.

The collection presents a range of natural patterns and textures not commonly found on high pressure laminates.

The Abstracts designs were inspired by the the 19th century invention of corrugated cardboard that transformed flimsy sheets of paper into a rigid but cushioned packaging material. Made up of products from the Sandstorm and Paperform series, Abstracts feature a corrugated finish and are available in 6 subtle hues.

Available in ten colorways, the Abacá design is made from recycled banana fibers to create a laminate with a very organic appearance and naturally textured surface. Abacá combines the lightness of muslin and the coolness of slate.

Burlap is a 100% natural textile made from the fibres of the Jute plant. Lamin-Art have cleverly embedded the fabric into laminate to create an earthy and organic design.  A rapidly renewable, biodegradable, and recyclable material, the irregularities found in the burlap create a unique pattern and texture throughout the surface. Burlap is available in 6 colorways.
