New Space-Saving Designs by Think Fabricate for Resource Furniture
A new collection of space-saving furniture created by Brooklyn-based Think Fabricate for Resource Furniture debuted this October at Dwell on Design New York. The Kinetic Collection was designed specifically for Hotel Resource, a 240-square-foot luxury hotel micro-suite concept presented by Resource Furniture. Kinetic includes three transformational pieces-a coffee table, credenza, and wall-mounted cabinetry.
Luxury Micro-Suite Hotel Debuts at Dwell On Design
Intended for both hospitality and residential applications, the Kinetic Collection is innovative, high-end, and multifunctional. Every purposeful piece is proudly made in Brooklyn. Kinetic focused on specific materials, including metallic-finished oak, hand-rubbed walnut, and lacquer. This gives the trio of new furnishings cohesion and quality.
Lift is a "perfectly proportioned coffee table" that doubles as a work station and storage space. A wall-mounted cabinet system, Hide & Seek hides all kinds of functions. It can house an ironing center or coffee bar, among other things. Slide is a credenza doing double duty as storage-it can even contain a mini refrigerator.
