Gilda B. commands attention with its melting form. Whatever flames created the chair seem issued from a mysterious heat source—almost alchemical. Designed by Jacopo Foggini for Edra, the Gilda B. Chair gets its name from Gilda Bojardi, the famous editor of Interni magazine.

Gilda B. is smoking hot. The chair’s amber tones are wrapped in transparent crystal. A single body of polycarbonate makes up the seat and back, ensuring every Gilda B. is one of a kind. Edra notes, “Each chair is different from the other for the distribution of the material, shape, size, height of the backrest and color.”

With semi-glossy black legs, Gilda B. Chair exudes an enigmatic aura. Foggini’s design seems forged in the dark recesses of a fairy tale hearth.
