ICFF 2024: Paper Softwall by molo
molo, a 2024 ICFF Editors Awards Winner for Exhibit Design, turned heads with its Paper Softwall. A freestanding flexible partition, Paper Softwall absorbs sound and delineates space—all while adding textural interest.
Constructed of paper layers strengthened by honeycomb geometry, Paper Softwall changes the very notion of a wall. According to molo design, “the walls are a new building material—relinquishing notions of rigid space making in favour of sustainable design.”
Each Paper Softwall folds to the thickness of a book. Easy to carry and store, Paper Softwall also features magnetic ends to connect panels together. It can be shaped into linear and curved formations, making it ideal for odd spaces.
Tactile and sculptural, Paper Softwall comes in three colors, although brown is particularly inviting because it feels like wrapping paper. Use Paper Softwall to create practical dividers or dramatic installations. It’s an ideal solution for workspaces large and small.
