Plús Hús Is Simple, Small, and Sustainable
Simple, small, and sustainable are just a few of the words that can be used to describe Plús Hús, an innovative mini-dwelling created by Minac, an award-winning California-based architecture firm lauded for its eco-conscious sensibility.
Designed as a response to California’s current housing crisis, Plús Hús measures 16 feet by 20 feet and is available in three models: The "Plús Hús Open," with three walls and a sliding glass door, the "Plús Hús Open+," which includes the addition of a bathroom, and the "Plús Hús Full," which features a kitchen.
Each unit is produced with minimal waste by mnmMOD, a prefab company, at its sustainable fabrication facility in Los Angeles. Plús Hús is built with 30-percent recycled content and is flat-pack shipped to the installation site.
