Païpaï Seating from LucidiPevere for Ligne Roset
Luxury resimercial seating has a new name: Païpaï by LucidiPevere for Ligne Roset is upholstered furniture that follows a simple form borne of an intriguing concept-"folding a piece of paper to create a closed shape."
The comparison to Origami is inevitable, as Païpaï seems to unfold and emerge into living, breathing, lushly comfy life. The "fold lines" mark the main junctures between the components: armrests, back, seat, and sides.
The collection includes a three-seat settee, a love-seat and a footstool-perfectly balanced for a variety of configurations in contract, hospitality, and residential settings.
It’s also engineered for maximum comfort. The commodious dimensions, plush upholstery, and high-quality foam give Païpaï excellent ergonomics and textural appeal. One could be forgiven for snuggling down deep into its contours and napping for-say-six or seven days.
Païpaï features a structure of mechanically soldered steel. Behind the upholstery lives a good quantity of polyether foam and high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam. The upholstery itself is polyester quilting.
