The Mesh Lamp by Francisco Gomez Paz for Luceplan
Designed by Francisco Gomez Paz for Luceplan, the Mesh Lamp is a formal tour de force that pushes the bounds of LEDs.
Winner of the coveted Red Dot "Best of the Best" Award for 2016, the lamp possesses a unique spatial and technological aesthetic, which Luceplan describes as "a light, almost transparent structure composed of a network of metal cables with LED sources positioned at their intersections."
Mesh is not only formally inventive but functional as well. The lamp is divided into four distinct control zones: upper ring, center, and lower and lateral segments.
This precision adjustability allows users to achieve pinpoint illumination-varying levels of luminescence to create a desired aesthetic or ambiance.
