Launched earlier this year, Danish brand Muuto’s Fiber chair, made of a new innovative shell material of recyclable plastic and wood fibers, is now available in black.

Designed by the Copenhagen-based design duo Iskos-Berlin, every line and every curve  of the Fiber chair has been designed to balance maximum comfort with minimum space

“It's a chair stripped of all unnecessary layers leaving the chair with a seat, back and armrests that is integrated in one harmonious shell, perfect for nesting yourself into,” say the designers. “The iconic form marries soft, embracing curves with an environmentally-friendly wood fiber composite, giving the Fiber chair a distinctive tactile texture while also keeping it 100% recyclable."

The black Fiber chair is available in all bases; Tube, Swivel, Wood and Sled.
