Fast-Forward to the Color Revolution
Earthy and rustic is the name of the game with a new color palette from Fast: Color Revolution

An auteur of the outdoors for 30+ years, Fast is best known for their line of durable, streamlined, and unremittingly pleasant aluminum furniture. The new tones show especially well on Roè, a genial chair with a perforated seat that looks good in all the earthy shades.

Creative Directors Francesco Meda and David Lopez Quincoces emphasize that the colors pair especially well with outdoor accessories and complementary textiles—everything from porcelain stoneware, wood, faux leather, and a “refined selection of over 80 fabrics.” Here’s Roè again, adorned this time in cushions of summery white.

Even more earth-friendly, Fast is augmenting their line-up of eco-wise materials—introducing natural fabrics like hemp, as well as textiles made from recycled fabrics or plastic.

While they show especially well on Roè, Meda and Lopez emphasize the breadth of the new colors, as they spruce up everything from chairs to tables to the brand’s “Wild Pouf.”

“The inspiration behind the new color palette comes from nature and its landscapes, from the northern seas to the Sahara Desert, the hues of the sky, the warmth of the earth, and the depths of the ocean.”
