Rust Assured with Flow Ocre
For anyone drawn to warm colors, Flow Ocre by Toulemonde Bochart will not disappoint. Gorgeous orange and yellow tones undulate underfoot in a captivating pattern that’s both geometric and fluid.

Made of 100 percent wool and crafted by Indian artisans, this rusty area rug captures the allure of oxidized metal. Designed by Samuel Acoceberry (whose name sounds like an exotic fruit, which in my book means he was predestined to be an artist), Flow Ocre alloys rolling curves with rigid triangles for a mesmerizing effect. One might even call it alchemical.

Toulemonde Bochart (whose own name sounds like it translates to “Everything Beautiful,” but that’s just my synaptic conjuring) describes this coppery rug artfully. “It’s not a rug that seeks to impose its presence, but it knows how to be appreciated for what it is: a well-thought-out, well-made object,” they write.

The French brand is also well-established. It was founded in 1949.
