Cubist Childhood with Taeillo
The Dream Table and Chair by Taeillo is a perfect work space for younger children. Its bench with sides encloses the child in a private space, yet provides enough room to share the space with a friend or special stuffed animal. The bench slides right up to the desk, forming a neat cubicle.

The shelf beneath the table leaves plenty of room for storage so at the end of the day, tools can be stowed away. Then the workspace looks ready for the next day.

The cutouts in both the bench and desk help little hands move their furniture around with relative ease. Used in a classroom, a grouping of them present a pleasant, orderly environment—without being boring (because kids need artful surroundings to ignite their imaginations). It’s available in Blue, Pink, and White.

Taeillo is a black-owned company located in Lagos, Nigeria. Their collection includes sofas, beds, mattresses, dining tables, side tables, chairs and consoles. Their style is spare and unpretentious: “Taeillo is a minimalist oasis, locally made, sustainably produced, and designed for simplicity, style and convenience.”
