WĀV by Wrmth
In accordance with our super-too-much theme this week, what’s so extra about this white outdoor furniture? Invisible to the eye, but wonderfully perceivable to those who take a seat … it’s heated.
The WĀV Heated Lounge Chair is the latest design from Wrmth, a Canadian craftsman company previously known for their Modern Muskoka chair.
The Modern Muskoka chair looks the part as an Adirondack-inspired chair (albeit with an illuminated electrical logo in front). But, it’s a heated interpretation. Modern Muskoka is outfitted with temperature, lighting, and heating capabilities discretely built in.
The patented thermal core with radiant heating controls is invisibly integrated into the modified stone surface. Everything heats up, including the back rest, seat, and both left and right arm rests. Cool weather is no longer a deterrent from enjoying time outdoors on your deck, dock, patio, or balcony.
WĀV is sleeker and more modern than Muskoka with a similarly inspired matching table element—this design speaks to a minimalist’s aesthetic. WĀV, which looks like it belongs at a beach resort more than a mountain home, is also embedded with Wrmth’s seamless heating technology.
As with all Wrmth heated seats, the thermal core is monitored and controlled by an app on your mobile device. Simply pair the chair to your device via Bluetooth and tap the chair’s logo in front to connect and set your preferences accordingly.
The only downfall seems to be once you get accustomed to Wrmth, no other chair is ever going to come close.
