Atomic in nature, molecular by design, and beautifully bubbled, Bubble 2 is a curved sofa designed by Sacha Lakic for Roche Bobois.

This sofa expresses the balance between innovation, function, and emotion.

Bubbles’ lather fuses together through covalent bonds. The design is inspired by natural and mineral forms.

Equally, Bubble 2 resembles Jujyfruits, the chewy gumdrop-like candy, especially when featured in the raspberry-seeming Red Oresetto Flex fabric.

Entirely handmade, Bubble required the development of specific stretch fabric that perfectly fit round shapes.

The charming sofa bubbles over in sixteen colors inspired by animal, vegetable, and mineral: Anthracite, Mastic, Sable, Light grey, Medium grey, Taupe, Chocolate, Red, Terre de Sienne, Ambre, Linden, Lichen green, Sapin green, Peacock blue, Nuit blue, and Ivory.
