Fire by GRAU is a handheld luminaire that plays with light, casting a warm glow. According to GRAU, “The light is composed to bring poetry into the room, like a candle or a fireplace.”

With mouth-blown glass and an aluminum body, Fire mixes organic materials and shapes. The final product resembles a matchstick. But it does so much more than spark a flame. Fire includes a thirty-minute sleep timer, Sunset Dimming, fast charging (two hours), and fifty hours of battery life.

The lamp’s moving light “supports your bio-rhythm and has a health-promoting effect.” In fact, Fire produces no blue light—so everyone who is concerned with the body’s Circadian rhythm can rest easy (and take off the blue-light-blocking glasses once and for all)!

Fire is designed and manufactured at the GRAU Campus in Germany. The light is available in Sand White or Black.
