Biscuit Chair by Wowin
The Biscuit Armchair by Julia Kononenko for Wowin would likely become the pivotal point of any room. Though technically an armchair, its size resembles a lounge. To me, it appears to be a very large person whose eyes are the pillows, its sides earmuffs. You might want this large person to give you a big hug. That’s certainly part of its appeal—an invitation to relax in the arms of something quite comfortable.
Biscuit Armchair is a new design by Julia Kononenko, who co-owns KonONEnko. The company’s products are “a fusion, a mix of diverse elements.” Their work is guided by a creative ethos: “The art of transforming ideas into form!” They aim to invest their unique vision, predict trends, and focus on the general direction of design.
Kononenko’s talents are diverse: she designs all kinds of furniture, creates children’s rockers, and designs cat houses, fabrics, ceramics, and wall hangings.
