Inyo Seating, by designer Alyssa Coletti for Martin Brattrud, is a new collection that manages to be both spacious and streamlined.

The star of the show here is the shapely seat and plush surrounding back, sculpted in a broad semi-circle for maximum room.

No less important to the overall effect is the tubular steel base, “giving a wide, stable stance,” while also drawing the eye to all the negative space beneath.

The aesthetic makes the line an appealing choice for smaller venues, as the seating looks comfy and welcoming without seeming domineering.

Inyo is comprised of chairs, sofas, and benches. Options include strap leather or fabric detailing and a variety of upholstery and metal finishes.
