Brizo’s Kintsu is an Eclectic Bath Collection
Brizo’s Kintsu is a new bath collection that’s exquisitely detailed and balanced, emphasizing a “Japandi” style that combines elements of Japanese and Scandinavian influences.
The name Kintsu references “Kintsugi,” a venerated art of joining cracked pottery with gold—apropos here in the mix of materials offered with inlays in teak, concrete, mother of pearl, or customized designs.
That’s not the only intriguing juxtaposition. The clean Scandinavian look of Kintsu’s handles is artfully interrupted when turned on: “a motif of broken geometries that honors the heritage of wabi-sabi design.”
And Kintsu’s suite of handles, levers, faucets, showerheads, and tub fillers is complemented by the luxe indulgence of a tub-side wine holder.
Four finishes are available: Chrome, Nickel, Gold, and the new Black Onyx.
