Regola by Matteo Thun for Listone Giordano
Regola by Matteo Thun was recently part of the Listone Giordano hardwood flooring exhibit at BAU 2019 in Munich.
Inspired by “pure geometric form reminiscent of New York’s atmospheres in the early 1900s,” Regola revels in the grid. Its different modules can be combined to create linear patterns that showcase balance alongside the beauty of wood.
Like all Listone Giordano flooring, Regola uses multi-layer technology with transversal incisions and micrometric joints to stabilize the hardwood floor. The wood also comes from managed forests in Burgundy, France, where “every tree is registered, numbered and monitored.”
