Node Living Echo Park Opens in L.A.
Opening just in time for the New Year, Node Living Echo Park is the global co-living company’s latest curated co-community, located in Sunny L.A. on two historical 1900’s Bungalow Courts on Sunset Blvd in the burgeoning Echo Park neighborhood.
From an architectural perspective, the project is especially auspicious as it protects and preserves an endangered historical style; only 350 are left in L.A.
With “thoughtfully designed private apartments and dedicated community curators,” Node offers sustainable and stunning architectural features typically unavailable at this price point: high-pitch ceilings with Douglas Fir beams, designer kitchens with retro Smeg refrigerators, and private patios.
The Node Living model emphasizes communal interaction, and Node Echo Park fulfills this missive with shared residents’ deck and Hi-speed WiFi. Air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, and utilities are also included.
Says Node CEO and Founder Anil Khera, “The final product is an emotionally exciting design in a great location that people are proud to call home. The style pays homage to early LA architecture and will further the unique sense of community amongst residents.”
