Block by Marazzi
For its newest collection of porcelain stoneware, tile manufacturer Marazzi looked to majorca, ceramic earthenware made in Italy that is painted with a glaze of tin oxide before being fired in a kiln. The result is a finish that is both reflective and durable, and is suitable for either the kitchen or bathroom.
The Block collection comes in a variety of six natural colors, including black, white, silver, mocha, greige, and beige, as well as decorative accents in subdued patterns. Tile sizes include 24″ x 48″, 24″ x 24″, 12″ x 24″, and 6″ x 6″, plus trims measuring 3″ x 24″.
Marazzi uses state-of-the-art 3D printing in the production process of its Color Body porcelain tiles, which creates color consistency and also helps to prevent chipping caused by everyday wear.
