Manufactured in the US, the ornate patterned pieces are cut using precision laser and water-jet technology, available in steel, brushed or polished stainless steel and brushed of polished brass.
As well as the metallic finishes, the grilles also come in ten powder-coated colors or primed for a paint-to-match option. There are currently 12 different designs available, all suitable for walls, ceilings and floors.
About the designer: Oakland-based textile designer Annie Kator launched her own company AJK Design Studio in spring 2015 with a line of custom interior metalwork, following a stint as head designer at Maharam Custom Studio.
