The first in a series of engineered furniture designs by British brand Minimalux, ‘HASH’ is a free standing, solid metal bookshelf.

Made in London from solid mirror polished brass or stainless steel, the HASH shelving marks Minimalux’s first foray into furniture design.

As the name suggests HASH consists of a mesh of 33 individual, precision milled and hand polished solid metal bars, all mechanically fixed together to form a framework and resting place for books and magazines.

Minimalux founder and creative director Mark Holmes comments, “We’ve been developing ideas to scale up Minimalux without compromising quality and brand ideology for a while. In the process we’ve created a series of larger designs that maintain the same material and formal values we’ve worked very hard to build and communicate. HASH is the beginning of this and marks the introduction of a genre we’ll be referring to within our collection as ‘engineered furniture’.”

Measuring L995 x W360 x H995mm, HASH is available on a made to order basis in solid mirror polished brass or stainless steel.
