C Zero by Crypton
‘s new performance fabric solution C Zero recently debuted at the Momentum showroom during the NeoCon Trade Fair in Chicago.
The new Crypton C Zero is made without the use of fluorinated chemistry and therefore has a minimal impact on the environment.
"C Zero is our first non-fluorinated fabric protection and we are thrilled to bring it to the marketplace," said Randy Rubin, founder of Crypton. "It rounds out our family of offerings. While Crypton, Nanotex and INCASE are needed for cleaning oily food stains, C Zero offers excellent protection from water-based spills and the opportunity for a higher LEED score," she added.
Resistant to sodas, coffee, and wine spillages, Crypton C Zero is a factory-applied process. The entire fabric is immersed, ensuring every fiber is treated, and the chemistry is cross-linked for durability using high temperature, industrial drying.
"We're excited to bring the market a new category of performance. It answers the call from designers that want to specify the best performing textiles possible with the least amount of impact on the environment. It's Momentum's way to bring forward innovation while being environmental stewards," said Roger Arciniega, CEO of Momentum Group.
