For spring 2014, Pollack introduces the Dashing Collection. With a strong focus on embroidery, Dashing includes velvets, sheers, solids, and geometrics, as well as high-performance and bleach-cleanable fabrics. The collection's 28 patterns illustrate Pollack's luxurious style, playful prints, and elegant color palettes.

Fabrics Featuring Embroidery and Playful Themes

On natural linen, Circus Stripe, Circus Toile, and Quill were designed in collaboration with Coral & Tusk, a textile company known for "whimsical, narrative embroideries." Playful and colorful, the Circus prints feature all the creatures and patterns from under the Big Tent, as uniquely imagined by Coral & Tusk: costumed elephants, triangular flags, trapeze foxes, acrobatic bears, and flaming rings of fire. Circus Stripe complements Circus Toile. Quill stands out as its own creation, with its feather motif, each plume a rich study of avian texture and pattern.

Densely embroidered patterns include Adorn, a geometric stripe, and Impresario, a diamond weave, both of which offer "lustrous, dimensional embellishments." Peony is a print with large blooming flowers, available in four colorways, all of which have shading in eight embroidery colors. For heavy-duty applications, the Dashing Collection also includes high-performance/bleach-cleanable fabrics in an array of floral, geometric, and organic designs.
