Tidewater by Rodolfo Dordoni for Ann Sacks
Designed by acclaimed Italian architect and designer, Rodolfo Dordoni, Tidewater is a new luxury tile collection from Portland-based tile and stone brand Ann Sacks.
Ideal for architectural installations, Tidewater by Rodolfo Dordoni for Ann Sacks offers a textural surface on a large scale tile.
Cast in porcelain, the Tidewater tiles feature a softly striated pattern that’s made from up to 25% recycled materials. The irregularity of the tile design gives the surface character and movement.
"My designs are natural in texture, but unnatural with reference to the most traditional product concept," explains Dordoni. "The seeming imperfection is its peculiarity; the irregularity is its personality and what its skin conceals."
Tidewater is offered in two field sizes: 20 x 180cm and in the larger format 80 x 180cm; and in four different colors: Pebble, Sand, Shell, and Volcano. The tiles are suitable for vertical surfaces in both interior and exterior settings.
