The winner of this year’s Red Dot Design Award: Best of the Best 2013, the Maybe Chair by Italian designer Andrea Borgogni is a chair of two halves.

The Maybe chair by Andrea Borgogni combines a die-cast aluminum frame with a skillfully crafted wooden seat and back.

The Maybe chair features a frame that is made in two die-cast aluminum parts, so it's easy to store and it can be economically shipped in a small box.

About the designer: Independent designer Andrea Borgogni established his Milan-based studio in 2008. With an impressive portfolio of industrial designs, Borgogni was awarded a Red Dot Design award for his Ladu chair in 2012 and a Red Dot Design Award: Best of the Best in 2013 for his Maybe chair.
