Scoop by KiBiSi
Danish brand KiBiSi has launched Scoop; a family of contract market furniture designed for the overlap between private spaces and public areas.
With a name that refers to it’s welcoming scooped seat, KiBiSi’s Scoop chair is designed to convey a feeling of being carried.
With a clear and simple Scandinavian appearance, the Scoop chair features an upholstered cast foam seat and an injection molded aluminum frame with a Y-shaped beam that creates a visual and functional overlap between the seat and swivel base. This gyroscope-shaped suspension system is designed to give the user a feeling of being freely suspended.
Scoop is variable with frames in polished aluminum and a black and white powder coat. The chairs are available in a range of different fabrics and upholstery qualities and in a special ice cream scoop color scheme selected for the launch collection.
A conference chair, a lounge chair, a table and a bar stool in the making are also part of the Scoop family of products.
